Event Management Case Sharing: SME LaunchPad

Team Prologue is delighted to organise a seminar titled SME LaunchPadfor the Hong Kong Association of Interactive Marketing (AIM). The seminar aims to discuss how to seize the opportunities of digitalisation and share digitalisation strategies.


Event highlights

 

"Go Digital" is an essential path for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Facing ever-changing market landscape and challenges, SMEs need to utilize their limited resources to maximize efficiency. To support SMEs in addressing various challenges and exploring ways to seize digital opportunities, AIM held the "SME LaunchPad" seminar on July 5th.


Ir. Tony Wong, JP, Government Chief Information Officer, graced the event as the Guest of Honor, along with experts from local and international enterprises to share digitalization strategies with more than 100 participants.

The event was divided into three main themes: "The Vision," "The Vitality," and "The Virality." These three V's respectively addressed:


The Vision - Government support schemes and digital transformation strategies.


The Vitality - How to enhance operational efficiency through innovative digital solutions, support, and talent management.


The Virality - Focusing on social media promotion strategies and tips for market expansion.


Mr. Francis Fong, Chairman of AIM, noted that SMEs encounter pain points and difficulties at different stages of their business development. Therefore, the seminr aims at assembling various experts to provide SMEs with a "secret manual" to serve as businesses' launchpad.

There were two panel discussion sessions at the seminar, where guests shared further on strategies to improve operational efficiency using AI, social media marketing strategies, and tips on making good use of AI.
