Promo Video Series: 6th HK Digital Advertising Start-ups X Publishing (Writers) Promotion Support Scheme

The 6th "HK Digital Advertising Start-ups x Publishing (Writers) Promotion Support Scheme," (support scheme) was organized by the Hong Kong Association of Interactive Marketing, and sponsored by the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDAHK) of the Hong Kong SAR Government.

It aims to cultivate local digital advertising creative talent while exploring new promotional avenues for local writers. Through mentorship by professional mentors and production subsidy, the Scheme assists local start-up digital advertising companies in designing, producing, and executing a series of digital advertising campaigns for emerging local writers and their designated published books. This initiative seeks to increase the exposure of participating writers and their works while promoting a reading culture to the public.

The Scheme is Hong Kong's first initiative that combines start-up digital advertising companies with emerging writers from the publishing industry, providing a platform for collaboration and development to achieve a win-win situation for both parties. The organizer believes that through this Scheme, the two industries can connect and spark creative ideas, transcending traditional promotional boundaries to present unique and innovative digital advertising campaigns.

In order to enhance public engagement and visibility, a series of promotional videos were launched throughout the program year, including an animated branding video introducing the Schedule, short interviews of all the teams, mentors' comments, calls for public voting, and event highlight.
