Janice Fung

Chief Executive Officer & PR Director

Janice is an enthusiastic media, political and public affairs consultant with over 13 years of excellent track record. She currently serves key accounts in both private and public sectors, providing comprehensive PR consulting and stakeholder engagement services.


Graduated in CUHK BSSc with First Class Honour (Major: Journalism & Communication, Minor: Government & Public Administration) , Janice has served in now TV, Commercial Radio, HK01, and Our Hong Kong Foundation. She was also a guest presenter, column contributor and voicer of several local and regional media platforms.


Equipped with deep knowledge of media operations, news agenda setting and an unparalleled news sense,  she thrives conducting in-depth interviews, strategising media events, conducting policy research, and curating multimedia content. She especially enjoys video storytelling with authentic cases. Meanwhile, her years in political reporting and public affairs consulting have also built an extensive network among key political players, NGOs, cultural and technology leaders in Hong Kong.

Chief Operating Officer & Research Director

Alvin Cheung 

Alvin Cheung is an experienced and knowledgeable policy researcher who spearheads all research projects, policy- or market-oriented, for Prologue. He possesses strong research skills applicable to diverse policy areas, including ESG, financial market, economic development, social innovation, healthcare, art and culture.

 

Prior to co-founding Prologue, he served as a lecturer at HKU SPACE ,Head of Social Development Research Team at Our Hong Kong Foundation (OHKF) , and Assistant Vice President at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX). 

 

At HKEX, he was responsible for reviewing the Listing Rules pertaining to ESG and Corporate Governance, as well as monitoring compliance. On the other hand, most of his policy recommendations in OHKF were adopted by the Government and regulators.

Alvin graduated with First Class Honours from HKUST with a BSc in Economics and Finance. He also obtained an MPhil in Economics from CUHK.
